About My Practice & Perspective
I offer innovative and intuitive bodywork for pain relief, function, mobility, and the prevention of pharmaceutical and surgical intervention. The medical system profits when we are sick, so the intention is for us to become more sickly and therefore, more dependent. After 24 years working with several thousand people, I can tell you that the amount of needless suffering we are subjected to is profound.
In Chicago, I built a reputation and a thriving practice based on my belief that a person's progress should be a greater motivation than my profit. As a health practitioner, I empower my clients to get better, not be reliant on me, and to advocate for themselves within the medical system.
I believe we can have health care that is founded on compassion, love, and self-awareness, rather than exploitation, greed, and suffering. You and I dialogue and work together, with the mutual goal of enhancing your health — without endless follow-up visits. You are not a number here.

GOT PAIN? DON’T ACCEPT SUFFERING.
“PHENOMENAL! If you're on the fence about going here--- it's time to hop off the fence. I spent way too much time (and money!) on other ways to get rid on my sciatica and hip pain. After one hour long session I felt better than I had in two years. I felt like I wanted to skip around the neighborhood after my appointment. So, go for it. Your body will thank you.”

“I've dealt with years of neck pain, tingling and numbness in my elbows and wrists from too much typing/general overuse. She's amazing. Really. She fixed my original issue immensely and I only see her a 3x a year tops now just to get a tune up. Highly recommended.”

“Rachael is incredible. My back is a total mess, and most massages i've gotten have been useless. The masseuse usually can't get past the first layer of seized up muscles, and I leave stressed out and frustrated. Rachael REALLY got into the stuff that has been knotted for years. I have more mobility in my back, neck and hips. Plus, she was really fun to talk to. Highly recommend!”
